"Lassen RV have become like family to us.
We were stranded with a stuck slide in Northern California. We managed to get the slide retracted but it was not functional and the trailer was pretty much unusable for our family of 5 for the remainder of our 4 week vacation. (can't access the bathroom etc with the slide in). We limped our way to Lassen RV in Albany. They welcomed us with such warmth and hospitality. We can't even begin to do justice to the way that they looked after us. Words cannot describe the warmth, friendliness, help, a shoulder to cry on, are just a few words that spring to mind.
They were extremely thorough and replaced the entire slide wiring harness, motors and circuit board on our trailer (which was under warranty). They also spotted a dangerous problem with our axle camber which had gone un-noticed by other RV dealerships and they fixed that. They were genuinely concerned for our safety and user experience while towing our trailer.
The owner took a personal interest in our case along with every single member of the staff at Lassen.
But it was the feeling of being home at the dealership that impacted us most. After we left, we continued our 4 week vacation in Oregan and Washington and were on our way back down the I-5 south. We stopped off to say hi on our way. As we pulled into the Lassen RV dealership our 2 year old son said 'We're home!!"

"My best experience ever with a RV Dealer. It was Friday at 2PM 4th of July Weekend when my RV died on north bound I-5 in Albany. It was 3 PM by the Tow Truck had my rig onto the lot at Lassen RV. I was on my way to a funeral on Saturday of a family member in Washington state. Lassen went beyond the call and found my problem (a fuseable link burnt up) they fixed it and I was back on the road by 5 PM, the cost was almost nothing and I paid with pocket money. With out their excellent service I would have been Stuck throughout the holiday weekend until they could get to it which is what I expected. Boy was I wrong and extremely happy !!! I wish I could find an RV dealer like Lassen in Tucson AZ. Thanks to everyone at Lassen for a wonderful courteous experience."
